27four Platform offers co-branded portfolios, a service allowing you to supply your investment products to the market. You will be able to sell life-pooled portfolios, CIS portfolios and our co-branded products which include endowments, living annuities, Unit Trust, and Tax-free Savings accounts which are issued via 27four Platform licenses in the name of your business.
The administration services include:
- Customised investment and product offering based on your business needs
- License provision consisting of linked insurer and Manco
- Capital provision and management
- Branded product documentation at no extra cost to the manager (application forms, brochures) to ensure a consistent brand image
Administration
The platform provides full administration through an outsourced administrator for life-pooled portfolios and CIS. The appointment of an independent administrator allows us, the platform provider, to focus on client services, value-add services, and enhancement of reporting and customised products. However, our platform is agnostic which enables you to select an independent asset administrator should you not wish to use the services of our default administrator.
